1. Withdrawal Period

In accordance with European consumer protection laws, you have a period of 14 days from the day you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and initiate a return.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

The item must be in its original, unused condition.

The item must be in its original packaging, including all tags and documentation.

Certain items may be exempt from return for hygiene or safety reasons; these are specified in the product descriptions.

3. Return Fees and Responsibility

Defective or Incorrect Products: If the product is damaged, incorrect, or defective upon arrival, Vandolia will cover the costs associated with the return.

Customer Remorse: For cases such as a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or if the item is no longer wanted, the actual cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs from the initial order are non-refundable.

4. Restocking Fees

Vandolia does not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

5. Return Procedure

Notification: Contact our support team at info@vandolia.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Packaging: Securely repack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and tags.
Shipment: Drop off the package at a shipping point according to the instructions provided in our reply.
