1. Shipping Destinations

Vandolia offers international shipping to a wide range of countries. We currently deliver to:

Europe: All European Union countries, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway.
North America: United States, Canada, Mexico.
Oceania: Australia, New Zealand.
Asia: Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong.
Middle East: United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar.

Excluded Regions: We do not ship to countries currently under international sanctions, or regions where postal services are unreliable. If your country is not available at checkout, it means we cannot guarantee a secure delivery to your location at this time.

2. Processing and Fulfillment

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

As Vandolia is a French micro-enterprise and products are shipped internationally, the recipient is the importer of record.

Vandolia is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees applied by the destination country.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery if requested by local authorities or the carrier.

4. Shipping Methods and Tracking

We use international carriers to ensure the best balance between speed and reliability.

Tracking information is updated as the package moves through international transit hubs.
Please note that tracking updates may experience slight delays while the package is processed by customs in the destination country.

5. Inaccurate Address

Vandolia is not responsible for failed deliveries due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer at checkout. Please ensure all details (including apartment numbers and postal codes) are accurate before confirming your order.
